AGiMED launched India’s first mobile oxygen plant, Vayudoo2t, at the hands of honorary Dy. Chief Minister of Maharashtra Ajit Dada Pawar. AGiMED is the medical division of Pune-based precision measurement company Accurate Gauging. With a capacity of 250 LPM, sufficient enough to cater to the emergency needs of 25-50 bed hospitals, our company is aiming to provide for district centers as well as rural areas.
Given the acute oxygen shortage crisis during the second wave of the pandemic, we have launched India’s first mobile oxygen plant to ensure hospitals don’t reel under oxygen supply shortages in case of a third wave or emergency cases. Vayudoo2t becomes fully operational within 30 minutes of reaching the site. Its movements can be tracked via GPS and its operations can be monitored online via an advanced IoT system. Vayudoo2t requires about 25 KW of power which is to be provided by the hospital.
Vayudoo2t is offered in 3 configurations – fully mobile, trailer-mounted, and containerized solution. The mobile plant can be operated by the city administration through the Fire Brigade Department to meet emergency requirements within 30 km surroundings. A stationary cylinder filling facility can be used for refilling oxygen cylinders for ambulances.
An ISO 13485 certified company, AGiMED’s range of respiratory care equipment includes HFNO, CPAP, BiPAP ventilators, and oxygen concentrators of 5 & 10 liters for personal use. Over 300 AGiMED HFNO’s, made under the ‘Make In India’ initiative, are working across the country in more than 75 private as well government hospitals. We are actively participating in the Vocal for Local and Atmanirbhar Bharat mantra championed by the Prime Minister. All of the company’s medical devices are made in its Hadapsar facility. The skilled engineers at Accurate Gauging use their expertise in metrology production, gathered over the last 5 decades, to deliver high-quality 100% Made in India respiratory care and oxygen generation products.
